As a KW Commercial Real Estate Agent Jennifer‘s clients are selling, buying and leasing commercial retail properties, restaurants, corporate and medical office space, industrial and warehouse facilities and multi- family residential properties. Jennifer also assists business owners in the buying and selling of Commercial Businesses and Restaurants.
Jennifer uses her MBA and industry expertise to close the deal. The KW Commercial marketing systems help to deliver her client’s properties to industry and Commercial buyers. She believes in due diligence and works with her clients to choose the right property by producing property packages and financial reports to compare property choices. Jennifer assists her clients with qualifying buyers and tenants, negotiating terms for sale and lease contracts, supports the architects, contractors, lawyers, bankers and title companies through the project stages. After the deal closes she is there to assist her clients and help get them through the approvals, certifications and inspections required by the governmental agencies to get their doors open.
Jennifer also a Property Manager assists her clients with the care and management of their commercial and multi-family properties. In this role she is responsible for the daily building and tenant management, advertising and leasing, repair and maintenance, rent collection, financial reporting and legal matters, city inspections and the service providers. She is experienced in rent controlled apartments, subsidized housing, Section 8 tenants, evictions, rent-to-own and land contract sales. She has also been working with investors that are purchasing these investment properties through Short Sales, Foreclosures, HUD, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac bidding and Auction sales.
Jennifer’s specializes in placing Retail and Restaurant Tenants in high traffic Downtown Districts and shopping centers and finding medical offices for her medical clients to buy and lease. Residential mixed-use properties, hotels and student housing are the development projects Jennifer’s clients are building. Her Investors are buying existing buildings, commercial condos, student housing and income properties to flip. She can assist clients in finding a 1031 exchanges and Tenants In Common (TIC) property solutions.
MBA from the Netherlands, Jennifer went into Commercial Real Estate in 2004. She is a CCIM candidate, ICSC, CBOR and REBNY member, licensed in New York and Michigan and is a volunteer with New York Cares. She is a successful sales account manager and adept at building relationships, possess a high standard of professional integrity, innovative thinker; enjoys the fast paced environment with the ability to prioritize multiple changing initiatives with balance. She is detailed and result oriented and truly enjoys the business of commercial real estate and the excitement of the industry.
